Super silent clear LED lit fans, I use these myself which are PWM / FLX compatible (Xbox)
Speed is controlled by the Xbox, using a fan splitter (supplied in kit) and will work in conjunction with regular exhaust fan cooling with no alterations to original motherboard design (plug n play)

This dual fan addon will pull additional air in from the left vents, cooling the HDD as it removes the heat from the top of the console and pushes it 50/50 towards the exhaust fan and over the PSU which is expelled via the right vents.
This kit is suited mostly for the black Xbox consoles. Get in touch if you are using Crystal or other Limited Edition.

For consoles needing to retain the DVD drive, you would need to remove the DVD motherboard and use strong sticky pads or screws to hold it to the underside of the original DVD bay area
