New 250g Postage Class added

I’ve finally added in a new 250g postage section to XDevPro and adjusted qualifying items by weight into it.

Some areas will see little difference but Australia, Canada and USA will see savings if you keep items within the 250g range.

This just allows a buffer for you guys, if you only need one or two things, rather than paying for a full kilogram of weight, regardless of whats in the package.
